We offer our Quality and Performance at HHS web site to provide you with accurate information about the health care provided at Hamilton Health Sciences.

This is a comprehensive site that draws information from many sources.  To give you some context, we provide background information on the principles behind our commitment to quality and an overview of some of our related improvement initiatives.

The section called "Measuring and Improving Quality" contains our statistical information.  It groups our statistics (indicators) according to the strategic goals they measure.  For example, Strategic Goal #1 "We meet or exceed our community's expectations" includes indicators on the number of patients we care for (volumes) and the length of time they wait.
